The problem
Hand-modelled parts have to be rebuilt from scratch whenever a dimension changes. Workshop parts change dimensions constantly.
The approach

Modelled every part programmatically in OpenSCAD, driven by named dimensional parameters.

Encoded tolerance and clearance rules as variables so parts adapt to printer and material behaviour.

Maintained a reusable module library shared across enclosures, brackets and fixtures.
