The problem
Common conversion tasks usually mean uploading private files to an unknown server. The aim was a fast, free toolset where the file never leaves the user's machine, funded by ads rather than subscriptions.
The approach

Implemented every tool client-side using pdf-lib, jsPDF, mammoth and the Canvas API so uploads never touch a server.

Built a shared tool shell and layout so new utilities drop in with consistent UX and SEO metadata.

Covered PDF merge and conversion, image resizing, JSON/CSV/XML transformation, QR generation, hashing, diffing and bill/invoice generation.
- 04
Engineered per-tool landing content, sitemaps and structured metadata for organic search acquisition.
